1 Anxiety disorder and spiritual healing

Feeling anxious occasionally is a normal part of life However, people with anxiety disorders often have strong, excessive, and persistent worries about everyday situations.

Generally, anxiety disorders consist of repeated episodes of sudden intense anxiety and feelings of fear, which can peak into much intense panic attack episodes. These feelings of anxiety and panic can interfere with daily activities, are difficult to control, are out of proportion to the actual danger, and last for a long time. You may avoid some places or situations to prevent these feelings. Symptoms may begin in childhood or adolescence and continue into adulthood.

Unfortunately, sometimes the people who need help the most are those for whom treatment fails or is only partially effective. And that? What if you’ve already tried your best with cognitive behavioral therapy and tried several different medications with little success? Is there any room for improvement? Of course yes. Please don’t ever give up.

You must do everything in your power to seek a life free of crippling fear, anxiety, and depression. But sometimes you also have to practice acceptance and realize that you can’t win the fight alone. For some people, this translates into some kind of prayer. Keep in mind that prayer can take many forms. It may involve sitting quietly in nature, caring for a pet, listening to lovely music, meditating, reading inspirational books, writing in a journal… The list is endless and there are no right or wrong ways to pray. In essence, anything that allows us to pause and reflect on what is central in our lives is a form of prayer. and this all resume to all the spiritual practices which in their essence is to reconnect with yourself and resolve some deep traumatic events that you had in your life were eventually stress, anxiety and other issues surfaced.

the goal of me writing these articles is to give you guidance into other ways of healing that are condemned controversial and are and always have been effective where modern studies and ways have failed or came. o I will personally show you two types of spiritual practice that I have used and gave me a boost and also helped with my anxiety: first one I Reiki you can check my detailed article about the practice. second is the meditation I know how mo of people who have tried meditation are so skeptical and have some issues with concentrating and getting into that calm state of mind. but allow me to say that mediation is not a quick fix it’s a practice a discipline that if you savor for every day just 5 to 10 minutes a day you will feel tremendous changes and results.

We can consider mental health awareness as the hottest topic nowadays. as we lead our day-to-day life we have no choice but to notice this topic being treated and talked about in so many ways and on diverse platforms was it news, social media, or our physical environment. but most of us have a vague or an abstract idea about the topic, we keep coming across the terms ( mental health awareness, mental health issues, mental health disorder…). so what is mental health? and what are the issues that are related to the latter?

        Mental health as defined by the W.O.H: a state of being regarding individuals psychological and emotional well being. rephrasing it s the state of being in which the individual realizes, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to find balance in oneself eventually contributing to her/his community. Mental health problems and disorders are a significant health issue in our today’s world. can be identified as diagnosable conditions characterized by changes in thinking, mood, or behavior (or some combination of these) that can cause a person to feel stressed out and impair his or her ability to function. Medical science increasingly recognizes the vital link between a person’s physical health and his or her mental/emotional health. Mind and body are connected as one, each affected by the other, and both are influenced by a person’s genetic inheritance, environment, and experience. Just as the absence of disease does not adequately define physical health, mental health consists of more than the absence of mental disorders. Mental health is best seen as falling along a continuum, which fluctuates over time, and across individuals, as well as within a single individual.
